Pizza Pasta & Italian Food magazine is the trade magazine of the UK’s well established Pizza Pasta & Italian Food Association (www.papa.org.uk). The magazine and association respectively report on, and represent, the interests of a variety of well-known businesses and brands (both chain and independent) in this growing and dynamic sector (Italian restaurants, pizza delivery and takeaway operators, as well as ready-meal manufacturers and the associated equipment and ingredient supply chain that all rely upon).

This year, the highly regarded Pizza Pasta & Italian Food Awards event (16th November, 2017) will be celebrating its twenty-seventh  anniversary as it continues to recognise and reward the high standards and continuing creativity that this sector as a whole has become known for.

Ristorazione Italiana Magazine, part of the group, is the Italian magazine about gastronomy, oenology, pizza and Mediterranean culture and it is the ultimate authority on the best of what’s new in food, events, recipes and catering equipment. The magazine, with the highest circulation in the professional restaurant/pizzeria sector, is sent to restaurants, pizza-restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, food and equipment distributors, catering in Italy.

The Café Society is an organisation dedicated to promoting the development of the café environment in the UK and to encouraging high standards in all aspects of the business – from coffee and tea making to service.

The Society not only aims to bring this diverse industry more closely together, but also encourages good practice and provides representation for the industry as well as collective marketing opportunities for members.

The British Sandwich and Food To Go Association represents those businesses where sandwiches form a core part of the Food To Go offer.

Originally named the British Sandwich Association, our remit has grown over the years and we officially changed our name in 2015 to formally include the wider food to go market. For brevity, the BSA is still used as it has long since been a recognised shorthand for the Association.
