T&C Update In Support Of EPPS 2020 Exhibitors

In the unlikely event that the show is postponed or cancelled due to COVID-19, government and legislative prohibition to travel, attend or exhibit at events, venue closures or any other reason beyond the organiser’s control, the exhibitors of the event will be offered the following choices:

1. Refund:

In line with the venue refund policy, the organiser will refund 50% of the full contractual value paid by the exhibitor. Further 10% will be transferred to the exhibitor’s 2021 event account. In case the exhibitor decides not to exhibit in 2021, 10% will be withheld by the organiser.

2. Offering other resolutions

• Transfer the money paid by the exhibitor towards exhibiting at the 2021 event.

  • 2020 event payment holiday: 50% payable as per contract. The remaining 50% payable two weeks after the event. This offer is exclusive to UK companies only, exhibiting at the 2020 event. In case the event is postponed or cancelled as per paragraph 1, the second payment will be annulled.

In order to claim refund, the exhibitor must have paid the full amount as per exhibitor’s contract to the organiser. The rights of refund, transfer or payment holidays are not transferable from one company to another.
