Deli Continental produce pizza bases and dough balls for food service. Director Luciano Vendone has been using the same recipe for 40 yrs and always with the same method of long fermentation and natural ingredients.
The lactic acids created by the dough made in this way, gives the light crisp texture and the great fresh taste. Whether you use the bases or the dough balls the results will be a perfect traditional pizza. Hotel chains, pub chains delis and restaurants use our dough and many have won awards for their pizza!
Bases and dough balls are available in many different sizes and it is also possible to create bespoke sizes. We also provide free training to customers in the use of our products and in particular we like to demonstrate how easy it is to stretch the dough balls and use them over 3 days after thawing.
