The last 18 months has been incredibly tough for the whole industry and so Jestic is delighted to be returning to the European Pizza & Pasta Show at Olympia. Visitors to the Jestic stand (C60) will have the opportunity to see cutting-edge technology and innovation from world-class equipment manufacturers including Wood Stone, EDGE, Alfa Pro and Sveba Dahlen, along with professional pizza tools from Zio Pepe.

For those looking for dough processing, and commercial blending equipment, the Somerset and Vitamix equipment portfolios will also be showcased. The Jestic Culinary Team will be live cooking throughout the show with the Wood Stone Bistro, the EDGE 2440 and Alfa Pro Zeno Neapolitan Electric Pizza Oven which can reach temperatures up to 500ºC, so there will be no shortage of delicious pizza to try!

Alfa Pro - Zeno (Professional Neapolitan Electric Pizza Oven)

With 15 separate heating elements in both the base and the ceiling of the oven (6 floor, 9 ceiling), the Zeno can reach temperatures up to 500ºC.  With an intuitive digital temperature control that allows for independent adjustment of both areas, as well as interior lightening for clear visibility of up to 6 pizzas at a time, the Alfa Electric Zeno can retain temperatures even with very little power, due to 3 layers of insulation and the refractory bricks at the top of the oven acting as a shield to keep heat within the chamber.

Wood Stone - Bistro Series (Compact Stone Hearth Ovens)

The Bistro Series is constructed using the same high quality materials as Wood Stone's larger units and will provide the same intense cooking environment for pizza and more, but in a smaller footprint – so is perfect for tight kitchen spaces and operators requiring low to medium production volumes. Bistro Series ovens come in a kit form allowing access without the need to remove windows and doorways (in most cases). The powerful and visually appealing burner set up is sure to catch the eye in any restaurant setting.

EDGE 2440-1 (40" Conveyor Pizza Oven)

The EDGE40 range is the perfect size for any serious pizza operator. The 40” chamber allows for multiple pizzas to be cooked at one time, giving increased capacity to meet high demand. EDGE40 models are available in single, double or triple configuration allowing for future expansion and incorporate iHeat burners - the most efficient gas delivery system available dramatically reducing gas consumption and bills.

Sveba Dahlen - P402 (P-Series Pizza Deck Oven)

The energy efficient P-Series incorporates excellent insulating properties where the glass with heat reflecting surface creates a cooler workplace while maintaining the heating efficiency of the oven. The excellent ergonomic design of the oven with its solid, robust and compression-spring door construction along with the stainless steel, bead-blasted handles provides a good work environment as does the optimum height between decks.
