We are the first Italian manufacturer of deep-frozen fresh pasta, deep-frozen ready meals and deep-frozen sauce pellets for catering, restaurants, and bars. Our company was born out of a small artisan fresh pasta workshop founded in 1980 by Romana Tamburini in Lavezzola in Emilia-Romagna but still, even today continues to promote our family’s traditions far and wide, not just in Italy but throughout the world with 10 brands targeting diverse markets with superb levels of service.
