There are two basic options to exhibit at The European Pizza and Pasta Show: book shell scheme or space-only stands.
Early Bird Rates (valid until 31 May)
- Space Only - £250 pm2
- Shell Scheme - £290 pm2
Standard Rates (from 1 June – 15 October)
- Space Only - £290 per sqm
- Shell Scheme - £330 per sqm
Tailor-made packages to include additional equipment, services or extra bonuses are available.

In the unlikely case of force majeure, due to pandemic or any prohibitions and restriction to travel, attend, exhibit, beyond organisers and/ or exhibitors control, the organiser will postpone the event and inform, in a timely manner, everyone involved: exhibitors, sponsors, partners, subcontractors. The new dates will be announced immediately and each participant will be offered an option to suit their individual marketing plan.

DATA LIST SCAM: Some companies claim to have our visitor lists for sale. Due to GDPR regulations, we never sell our data. If you receive any scam emails or calls, please contact EPPS Team at info@interexpos.com
Only exhibitors, sponsors and partners can be published in the official EPPS catalogue. Each listing includes short company logo, description and company details. EPPS Catalogues are distributed at the event and electronically to our buyers data.
There is no limit on exhibitor badges. Please forward your guest list to EPPS Team or ask your guests to register directly on our website: www.pizzapastashow.com/visit
- Prepare a guest list. We will be happy to process it and issue individual visitor badges to each guest. This will save time and will allow easy access to your stand rather than going through the registration process on-site
- Prepare a booth design that could tell your story and attract buyers
- Include your product in a tasting or masterclass at the cooking stage or at your stand
- Pre-arrange meetings with potential buyers
We encourage our exhibitors to start marketing campaigns and preparation for the event as early as possible, ideally, several months before the event. Early promotion helps to increase awareness about your participation and, as a result, boost your ROI.

The European Pizza & Pasta Show is an industry-specific B2B event aimed to sellers and buyers in the European Pizza and Pasta Industries.
The show provides a much-needed opportunity for this £4 billion UK industry to get together with opportunities for renewing contacts and networking.
Buyers and NPD teams from the UK and Europe’s largest retailers, wholesalers, pizza chains, single-owned pizzerias and restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels, catering companies as well as over 3,000 family-run businesses visit the show. The European Pizza & Pasta Show 2021 will take place on the 18th - 19th of October 2021 at Olympia National Hall, London
Please register as early as possible to secure your visitor pass. Pre-registration closes on 31/09/2021
On-site registration will open at 10 am on the 18th of October 2021 at Olympia National Hall. For those who have missed the pre-registration deadline, daily trade passes will be available to buy at £10 per person online or at the registration desk on-site
If you have a guest list, please feel free to send it to us directly. Visitor badges will be sent to your email address as soon as we process your request.
Registration will be limited in accordance with the latest government guidelines.

EPPS 2021 is a live event, but we are working on a hybrid section this year that would allow online visitors to connect with our exhibitors directly via zoom.
The event follows the government instruction for indoor events, including catering or tasting.

The 5th edition of the show (EPPS 2021) is organised in association with PAPA and will host the PAPA Pizza and Pasta Chefs of the Year Finals, as well as the European Pizza Championship and the International Pizza Acrobatics Show. The event programme will be constantly updated prior to the event.
