Giuseppe Cutraro, who has a recent winner of the champion's award at The Neapolitan Pizza World Championship, was born in Naples. At the age of 18, driven by passion for cooking and desire to grow and improve professionally, he moved abroad, and worked in the United States, and later across Europe - in Malta, Switzerland and France.

In Paris, where he has lived for the last 3 years, he is dealing with management and new openings for Big Mamma Group, delivering excellent results. 

One of his next life goals is to open his first pizzeria in the French capital, to be able to share his passion with other young industry professionals.
